How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Policiesclosest Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Policiesclosest Septic
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If Your Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing. The usual first step is to bring it to the provider yourself. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Policiesclosest Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@policiesclosest.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
